- Elaboración por gravedad.
- Variedad: Tinto fino 100%.
- Edad del viñedo: 15 años
- Vendimia: manual en cajas de 15 KG.
- Maceración: Seleccionado en mesa, despalillado antes de la fermentación, 14 días y 3 remontados diarios a una temperatura de 27º C
- Maloláctica: en barrica
- Crianza: 7 meses en barricas de roble Americano y Francés.

- Elaborated by gravity.
- Grape Variety: 100% Tinto fino (The local name for the tempranillo grape)
- Vineyard soil: sand, gravel and clay-limestone
- Harvesting: Picked by hand and placed in 15kg crates
- Maceration: destemmed before fermentation, 14 days maceration with pumping over three times per day at a temperature of 27ºC.
- Malolactic fermentation: in barrel
- Aging: 7 months in French and American oak barrels
Its deep ruby/purple color is followed by a sumptuous nose of blackberries, new saddle leather, licorice, camphor and crushed rocks. With a superb texture and full-bodied mouthfeel, and built like a skyscraper, this multidimensional Ribera del Duero is already drinking fabulously well.!
